Dealing positively with stress

In this workshop participants learn new ways to stay positive and keep their inner clarity and focus in challenging circumstances within their work environment.  A unique approach is used, in which 8 concrete daily situations are discussed, each time offering 3 solutions

Dealing positively with stress will teach the participant:

  • To have a positive attitude and communication towards yourself and others
  • To work with focus and enthusiastic attention
  • To see problems as challenge with new opportunities, which allows you to solve them more efficiently
  • Generating several solutions for the same problem
  • To stay calm and focused in stressful situation, with an open attitude towards others
  • How to break through cycles of stress and to deal with them in a constructive way
  • To know who you really are and what you choose to stand for. Your values, inner strengths and capacities are your compass.
  • To make clear choice based on self-knowledge en insight into the situation at hand
  • Relaxation techniques to reduce stress, to transition from work to private life , to sleep better, and much more…
