Dealing positively with stress
In this workshop participants learn new ways to stay positive and keep their inner clarity and focus in challenging circumstances within their work environment. A unique approach is used, in which 8 concrete daily situations are discussed, each time offering 3 solutions
Dealing positively with stress will teach the participant:
- To have a positive attitude and communication towards yourself and others
- To work with focus and enthusiastic attention
- To see problems as challenge with new opportunities, which allows you to solve them more efficiently
- Generating several solutions for the same problem
- To stay calm and focused in stressful situation, with an open attitude towards others
- How to break through cycles of stress and to deal with them in a constructive way
- To know who you really are and what you choose to stand for. Your values, inner strengths and capacities are your compass.
- To make clear choice based on self-knowledge en insight into the situation at hand
