De I AM mindfulness training is een wetenschappelijk onderbouwde training die het beste uit verschillende werelden integreert. Je verhoogt je zelfkennis en je ontdekt hoe je gelukkiger en veerkrachtiger kan zijn. Je krijgt tips die je bestendiger maken tegen stress en burn-out. Je maakt ook kennis met de kracht van zelfcompassie en mindfulness in communicatie.

This program is suitable for everyone who wants to learn to cope better with the challenges of everyday life. No prior knowledge is required. the training is scientifically substantiated and makes you more resistant against stress, anxiety, worry, pain and depression.
